PROJECT - Kitchen Remodel
Resized cabinets, installs dishwasher & basin sink, poured concrete countertops, tiled both walls, installed hood and range. Build really sweet rolling island.
PROJECT - Deck Build
Built 12 x 16 elevated deck with aluminum posts and cable handrails. Finished with enclosed under-deck storage access.
PROJECT - Cedar Fence & Shed
Custom cedar gate arch, and full ground-up build of 24' x 8' sliding door wood shed
REPAIR - Door Jamb
Cut out rotting wood and repaired jamb. Paint and calking finish.
PROJECT - Ranch Entry Sign
Sketched design for client approval. Build sign face and added copper header with hand-lettered name plate.
PROJECT - Sheep Feeder
Design & build for sheep hay feeder with catch tray and removable wire panels.
PROJECT - Laundry Storage
Hand built and installed wooden shelf brackets and shelving. Designed and built reclaimed vintage wood laundry bag bar.
PROJECT - Walkway Cover
Client was on a fixed budget. Used client lumber and roofing materials to build 24' x 5' walkway cover.
PROJECT - 4-way Gate
Designed and built a versatile 4-way gate system to manage livestock when moving them to pasture.
PROJECT - Windows Replacement
Client had very limited budget. Replaced all 18 windows with larger double-pane floating window panels and hand-built window frames.
PROJECT - Deck Refurb & New Fence
Demolish existing deck rails and fencing. Rebuilt deck rails and matching cedar fencing with gate.
